Refund policy

Exchanges

In the event you are unsatisfied with the product you purchased and would like to replace it, you are most welcome to send back your purchase by contacting us via email at oreeknot.customer@gmail.com within 10 days of the delivery date. 

You can claim an exchange if:

  • The product is damaged, stained, defected or incomplete.
  • The product/s must be unused and unaltered, in the original packaging with labels and protective stickers attached.
  • The product received does not match the size ordered.
  • You have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Applying for a Return

  • To return an item, please email us at oreeknot.customer@gmail.com with the return reason and order details. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 
  • Once our customer support team approves the return, we will provide you with the shipping address and return details. 
  • Please note that you are responsible for the cost of returning the items to us.
  • We aim to process all returns with 5-7 working days of receipt. During busy periods please allow up to 30 working days for your return to be processed.
  • You will be issued a coupon of the same value, which can be used immediately or in the future.

Refunds

Unfortunately we do not offer refunds. However, if we are unable to offer an exchange or any solution, we may offer a refund. 

Please note: 

  • Any online payments received by Oree Knot are in PKR; therefore, in case of refunds amount will be reversed/refunded in PKR.
  • Oree Knot will not be responsible for any difference of amount due to changes in currency exchange rates.
  • In the case of refund, shipping and handling charges will not be refunded. 
  • The minimum period for processing refund is 7-10 working days depending on the mode of payment. 

PLEASE NOTE

  • Custom orders (which include alterations and made-to-measure products) CANNOT be refunded or exchanged. However, if you received an incorrect measurement, you can send us pictorial evidence of the error in alterations and we will try to fix the issue.
  • Due to the differences in color monitors/screens and lighting used during photo-shoots, the exact color or texture of the final item may slightly vary from what is seen on screen; therefore products cannot be exchanged for this reason. Exchange or refund of any product(s) will take place if the product(s) received has any manufacturing defect.
  • Products purchased on sale or during promotions cannot be exchanged, returned, or refunded. Exchanges and refunds during a sale or on a discounted product are ONLY applicable if the product received does not match the product you have ordered.
  • Currently, we do not offer any refunds or exchanges for international online orders. However, if you have any issues with your order, please contact us and we will try to fix the issue.
  • Please note that in case of credit card payment, you will receive your refund after the defective product has been returned and processed. Payment refund can take up to 30 working days from the time we have received returned goods.
  • Oree Knot reserves the right to cancel any order at any stage due to product unavailability or any other reason. You will be notified via email in this situation.
