Orders

How can I place an order?

Orders can be placed while navigating our website (www.oreeknot.com). On any product page, select your color/size choices (if applicable), choose quantity, and then press the “Add to Cart” button. This will open up your shopping cart where you may choose to continue shopping, or head on to checkout.

Once you have added all your desired items to your Shopping Bag, follow these instructions:

  1. Click on the ‘Shopping Bag’ button and proceed to checkout
  2. Enter all your required shipping and billing information, select payment options, and enter any discount vouchers (if applicable)
  3. For credit card payments, follow the on-screen instructions
  4. Review your order
  5. Click on ‘Place Order’
  6. Check your email for a Sales Order Summary

How do I search for an item on the website?

Click on the search icon on the top right of the website. You can either enter the name or keyword, or item code, for the product you are looking for and press Enter on your keyboard.


Is there a sizing chart available?

Size charts are available for all products listed on our website.


What kind of payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Union Pay International and PayPak (1LINK) Debit and Credit Cards.


When will I receive my order?

Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, order processing times depend upon the clothing category. Casual and semi-formal collections take 5-15 business days, while formal and bridal collections can take from 1-3 months.

After the order is dispatched, for domestic orders the estimated average delivery time is 5-10 business days (typically 2-4 days for major cities, while remote areas can take longer).

For international orders, estimated delivery time ranges from 10-25 business days.


How will I know if Oree Knot has received my order?

The Sales Order Summary emailed to you is a confirmation that your order has been received. If you do not get this email, please contact our customer care at oreeknot.customer@gmail.com


Can I modify an order after placing it?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to make changes to an order once the order has been placed. However, if your order has not been processed, you can cancel it and place a new order. 


How do I cancel my order?

Customers may request for cancellation any time before the order is processed. Please send your order cancellation request to oreeknot.customer@gmail.com within the first 24 hours of placing your order. All cancellation requests will be assessed by a customer service representative prior to processing the request.


If an item has been dispatched, then the cancellation cannot be processed, and the Exchange and Refund Policy will apply. 


What if an incorrect/damaged item is delivered to me?

Although we take extra care to ensure that each order is in mint condition, in case of any issues contact our Customer Care team at oreeknot.customer@gmail.com to return the item and/or exchange it for the correct order.


What if an incomplete order is delivered to me?

Full care is taken to ensure that no incomplete order is shipped out. However, in case of any issues contact our Customer Care team at oreeknot.customer@gmail.com and we will work with you to resolve the issue as soon as possible at no extra charge. 


Refunds and Exchanges

How do I exchange a product? 

You can claim an exchange if:

  • The product is damaged, stained, defected or incomplete.
  • The product/s must be unused and unaltered, in the original packaging with labels and protective stickers attached.
  • The product received does not match the size ordered.
  • You have the receipt or proof of purchase.

To claim the exchange, any discrepancy in delivered items must be reported to our customer service team via email at oreeknot.customer@gmail.com within 10 days of the delivery date. After our team reviews the product, customers will be offered an exchange with the same price value product or coupon for future use. 


How do I refund a product? 

Unfortunately we do not offer refunds. However, refunds may be allowed in exceptional cases if we are unable to offer an exchange or any solution. 

In most cases, refunds will be issued to the same credit card that was used for the original purchase. Customers will be credited for the cost of the item(s) and applicable taxes (shipping and handling charges will not be refunded).
