Order & Delivery Times
- Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, order processing times depend upon the clothing category. Casual and semi-formal collections take 5-15 business days, while formal and bridal collections can take from 1-3 months. - After the order is dispatched, for domestic orders the estimated average delivery time is 5-10 business days (typically 2-4 days for major cities, while remote areas can take longer).
- For international orders, estimated delivery time ranges from 10-25 business days.
- When placing an order, please provide your best email address and/or phone number so our team can contact you with updates or for additional information.
- During sale events, both order processing and delivery may take longer than usual.
- Delivery time depends on order processing, payment authorization, customs delays, and the transit time. In case of any delay, customers are informed via email.
- We reserve the right to cancel orders any time before the order is processed. This may be due to the following reasons: out of stock items, pricing, or technical errors.
International Orders
- Charges for all International delivery are calculated based on the destination and the weight of your shipment. To calculate shipment charges, you can select any product and check out with your delivery address to calculate the estimated delivery charges. Duties and taxes are most typically not included in the price of the goods you purchase online, and might not be included in the overall shipping costs you pay.
- Please note that international orders may be subject to taxes & duties and will be the responsibility of the customer. Any applicable duties or fees will be collected at the time of order delivery by the courier.
Track Your Order
- Once your order is dispatched you will receive an email/SMS with your tracking number. You can also track your order on the courier’s website mentioned in your email.

- Oree Knot cannot be held liable for late delivery/collection by third-party postal/courier companies.
